Planner/Scheduler - Construction jobs in Coachella, CA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our crew members. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of building and construction phases . Duties:
- Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters and generral laborers
- Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Perform various conctruction jobs including commercial and residential
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with scheduling, ordering, daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction and running a jobsite
- Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Location: Blue Jay, Lake Arrowhead and surrounding areas
