- Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Perform various conctruction jobs including commercial and residential
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with scheduling, ordering, daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction and running a jobsite
- Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
