Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation of critical pre-construction materials such as proposals, RFPs, and estimates.
• Sync project schedules, ensuring milestones are on track.
• Be the custodian of project files, ensuring every detail is documented.
• Craft compelling project reports and presentations that align with client and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage the heartbeat of the office: from phone communications and appointment logistics to ensuring our office space is always stocked and welcoming.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years' experience in a role that blended pre-construction insights with office administration.
• Stellar communication skills that build bridges and solve problems.
• Mastery of the Google Workspace and hands-on experience with top-tier project management software, we use buildertrend in house.
• The ability to be both a self-starter and a collaborative team player.
