Planner/Scheduler - Construction jobs in Pasadena, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team as soon as possible. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a a thorough understanding of construction processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing material cost estimates for any project

- Creating labor cost estimates for any project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines

-Own their own car (no Uber or Lyft)

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our company. We offer an hourly rate plus commission on each signed contract they bring into the company. If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
