A new position has been created within the Safety and Productivity
Solutions business for an ambitious Materials Planning/Management Professional.
You will report to the VP of Planning, SPS to create the processes and tools
required to deploy a material planning team across the five GBEs within the
division.
As the COE Director of Materials Planning, you will have the
ownership of the Network Materials Planning strategy and processes to enable
execution within the businesses. You will support your VP Planning to set
the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and indirectly manage
the people and processes to achieve this.
You will partner with the Corporate COE and SME’s to deploy the
Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of Rapid Response
planning tools across your network.
You will own the monthly Materials Planning process cycle for your network of sites and ensure raw materials replenishment plans align to the network Supply & Production Plans and achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will ensure the network Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) will satisfy the network Constrained Master Production Schedules (MPS). You will partner with the Production Planning and Buying leaders to ensure materials are delivered to the sites/network on time whilst achieving the ISC goals of cost control and working capital targets.
You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network raw materials replenishment strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals. You will partner with the production planning and buying leaders to create and execute your site/network materials replenishment plans. You will attend monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings at the site/network level to approve the site/network production plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Supply, Reconciliation and Exec SIOP meetings. You will demonstrate how the site/network Production plans satisfy the site/network supply plans.
