Job Title: Special Education Teacher - Waukegan, IL

Type: W2 Contract (Full or Part-Time)

Salary: $35-50 per hour

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and parents, to ensure student success

• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
• Valid Illinois state teaching license with LBS1 endorsement or eligibility
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
