Performs analysis of trends in healthcare and makes recommendations for new services or changes in existing services. Being a Planning Director supports feasibility analysis and new program planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Planning Director typically reports to top management. The Planning Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Job Summary:
The Demand Planner is responsible for development and maintenance of a collaborative forecasting process that collects and reconciles information from diverse sources into a single unified statement of demand.
The ideal candidate will be organized and professional, detail oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. An in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and statistical forecast modeling with a background in data analysis, reporting and strategic planning is required.
