Plant Accountant provides accounting services for a plant. Responsibilities include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Being a Plant Accountant complies and prepares analysis and reports of accounting activity and data. Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and reconciliations. Additionally, Plant Accountant typically requires a bachelor's degree of accounting or related field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plant Accountant gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. **Base Pay starts at $14**
Applicants will work 5 (full-time) or 3-4 (part-time) days, not necessarily in a row.
Job duties vary by season:
Candidates with greenhouse, nursery and gardening experience welcomed - but we happily train hard workers!
*Working hours vary, but range from 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday - Saturday and 9:30-4:00pm Sunday.
