• 
  Perform accounting, bookkeeping & financial tasks in a family-owned company

• Work directly with CFO, Sr. Accountant & Corporate Controller to run daily accounting functions
• Complete daily billing
• Review invoices for accuracy
• Research & resolve any discrepancies
• Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile accounts
• Record journal entries
• Track credit card transactions & employee reimbursements
• Prepare monthly royalty reports, tax reports, inventory adjustments, & end-of-year reports
• Participate in continuing education courses

Our Ideal Accountant:

• Experienced: 3 years of accounting experience, specifically Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable; familiar with accounting functions, not just bookkeeping.
• Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & able to learn Dynamics Business Central.
• Accurate: Able to work with minimal mistakes and high accuracy. Must be organized and detailed. Able to ensure compliance with deadlines/due dates.
• Inquisitive: Unafraid to ask questions. If something seems “off” or the numbers do not line up, a detective-style approach is required to find the underlying cause of the issue. Must desire to learn from teammates & clients and pursue professional development.
• Team-Player: Someone who is humble enough to admit mistakes, driven to do excellent work, and has strong interpersonal skills to help with anything that needs to get done willingly.
• Dependable: Our clients count on us to meet essential deadlines, be on time for meetings, and provide sound recommendations. Must have a reasonably clean driving record & pass a background check.
