Plant Accounting Manager manages all financial control and accounting activities of a plant including general and cost accounting, payables/receivables and payroll. Ensures the plant's financial control processes and systems comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and provide required information. Being a Plant Accounting Manager monitors plant operation results against operating plans and direct the preparation of financial, production output, and other reports used to measure and control plant activities and costs. Leads the plant financial and capital budgeting process. Additionally, Plant Accounting Manager recommends and implements programs to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs. May require a CPA. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Plant Accounting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Summary:
We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated, team player for the position of Plant Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage all aspects of plant production, maintenance activities, workflow scheduling, and personnel to ensure all KPIs are meeting desired targets.
•Drive continuous improvement of quality procedures and ensure a safe working environment while maintaining compliance with standards.
•Lead an efficient and effective operations management process that delivers industry-leading safety, environmental, quality, cost, delivery, employee culture, and continuous improvement.
•Organize the operation to improve efficiency, develop succession plans, eliminate mistakes, and increase input into the business.
•Develop, improve, and control our processes related to the operation of the facility, service to our customers, and achievement of the company mission.
•Support our business growth objectives by improving our product offering, customer satisfaction due to new capabilities, and innovation for new products.
•Provide expectations, accountability, and direction to 6-10 direct reports.
•Continually learn – both taught on the job and self-led to build expertise in the field.
•Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Material Science, Operations Management, Business or related required. Related experience preferred.
•Strong knowledge of six sigma and lean manufacturing principles
Experience managing an IATF certified production facility is desired
