• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping - REQUIRED.
• Construction experience DESIRED and will be given preference to those candidates.
• Effectively communicate and provide internal financial information to management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all items.
• Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
• Customer/employee relations skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office
• Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
• Strong time manager with respect for deadlines
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
• QuickBooks Online experience – REQUIRED.
• AP & AR experience preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Construction and accounting acumen
• Min 2-year experience with Excel spreadsheets – REQUIRED.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and take pride in your work.
• Customer & vendor service skills

• 40 hours/week overtime when required (storm event or large loss project, etc.)
• M-F between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
