Job Summary:

The Plant Clerk is responsible for office services including processing scale tickets, maintaining sales, inventory, payroll, and production data in a semi-industrial environment.

Essential Functions:

1. Measurement. Processing scale tickets for sales through PII POS

2. Results matter. Maintain Plant reporting systems including entering daily sales, incoming materials, and total production and inventory.

3. Focused. Perform clerical duties including accounts payable vouchering, payroll entry, mail processing and order of office/PPE supplies.

4. Communicate often and effectively through Customer service, seek feedback and new developments.

5. Record fuel deliveries and order fuel.

Requirements, Education and Experience:
1. Ability to efficiently interface with a diverse group of customers and employees
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Ability to communicate in verbal and written English language
4. Valid Driver’s License
5. Legal right to work in the U.S.

Travel:
Position may require up to 5% travel by personal vehicle to offices throughout the state of New York, and New England based on the needs of the business.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. This is mostly sedentary, outside of travel, in an office space. The abilities to sit at a desk, frequent walking, bending, or standing, as necessary, are required.
