Role: Landscape company seeks experienced General Manager with industry knowledge.

• P&L responsibility
• Oversee daily landscape operations
• Coordinate landscape projects
• Sales management
• Supervise admin staff, provide training
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and invoicing for landscape projects
• Leverage landscape expertise for project understanding

Qualifications:

• Significant landscape industry experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication with landscape clients and staff.
• Financial literacy
• Sales skills
• Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities for landscape operations.
• Attention to detail and adaptability
• College Education

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
