Organizational Leadership
Full plant responsibility, leading all aspects of the manufacturing operations, facilities, planning, tactical purchasing and supply chain management, materials management, and associates
Lead a cross-functional organization and operational value streams by setting objectives, developing plans, executing daily management activities and implementing corrective action as required to ensure customer success
Build, develop, and grow the plant operations leadership into a strong team that is performance-based, visually managed with KPI's, and a high say-do ratio

Qualifications

Metal products manufacturing and high mix / low volume experience are strong positives
