We’d like to welcome a Human Resources Manager responsible for all aspects of Employee Relations, Performance Management and Employee Handbook Policies. The successful candidate will also supervise HR specialists in the areas of Recruitment, Leaves of Absence (LOA), Workers’ Compensation and Prevention & Safety.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITES
Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Human Resources & Development (HR&D), this position is a master in most areas of the department. They must be knowledgeable of and at an outstanding competency level, working and thinking independently, only referring those questions out of range of experience or authority. Must have a mastery in research and presentation – including successful project management and execution. This role will perform several of the responsibilities outlined directly below and will formally be assigned to lead and supervise other HR staff as designated.
As an essential business partner, primary key areas of Human Resources will include:

3) Employee Handbook/ Guidelines with Annual Updates and Policies
The HR Manager will plan and arrange their own work and supervise the work of HR staff assigned to them. Providing HR support and guidance to staff handling:

Must be able to complete the essential responsibilities at a professional level. This will include: projects, set and meet deadlines, problem solving, training, and supervision only referring unusual matters to the SVP of Human Resources and Development. PAY RANGE
In accordance with California’s Pay Transparency Act (SB 1162), the expected salary range for this position is between:
$95,000 - $125,000
Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, education and experience, internal equity consideration, as well as other job-related factors permitted by law.
