Polaris Rehabilitation and Care Center is currently looking for a hands-on and dynamic Regional Human Resources Director to join our AMAZING leadership team! Our mission is to create inviting, home-like environments for all our skilled nursing centers and we rely on quality, dedicated employees to help us fulfill this vision.

The primary function of the Human Resources Director is to coordinate HR policies and programs with an emphasis on recruitment, retention, payroll, benefits, and employee relations, and ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in long-term care highly preferred
• Strong ability to manage, multi-task and communicate effectively
• Excellent work ethic, intense drive and initiative for quality service
