Our growing, state-of-the-art facility in Erie, PA has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic management team. The HR Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational activities to support the production facility to develop, enhance and execute procedures and policies in alignment with company goals and initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Manager is a hands-on, feet-on-the-ground team member who provides full cycle, day-to-day HR support across all levels. To be successful in this role, the HR Manager must be a self-starter with intellectual curiosity and willing to roll up their sleeves and dig into the details.
This position is a working management position and is responsible for all the administrative and management duties needed to provide human resources services to all departments and employees in the company. The HR Manager is responsible for all human resources functions including policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and training and development.
