Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the club's goals and values, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and providing support as needed.
Leads the international staffing (H2B) process, determining the best talent sources, housing, orientation, and staff departure.
Facilitate training programs to promote professional growth and skill development among staff members.
Manage employee relations issues effectively, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management, proactively recommending improvements and innovations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
3 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, preferably in the hospitality, leisure, or luxury service industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with demonstrated experience in ensuring compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR software applications.
