    Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR programs with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including employer branding initiatives and talent development programs.
    • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
    • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Provide training and support to managers on performance management best practices and effective coaching techniques.
    • Identify and address performance issues proactively to drive continuous improvement and development.

    Training and Development:

    • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and performance.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.

    HR Policy and Compliance:

    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and promote fairness and equity in the workplace.
    • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
    • Conduct audits and assessments to monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures.

    HR Information Systems (HRIS):

    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
    • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and usage.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) is preferred.
    • years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a track record of implementing HR programs and initiatives.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
    • Experience managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits programs.
    • Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
