Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Duties: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws - Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters - Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans - Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with finance department to develop and manage HR budget Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management role - Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment labor laws, and regulations - Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Kronos, Dayforce, Oracle) for data collection and analysis - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization - Demonstrated experience in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,439.00 - $66,900.00 per year
