To be a Plant Human Resources Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Work Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays)
Pay Range: $20.50 - $23.50 an hour
Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Performs testing as per standard methods and procedures.
- Sets up testing, operates and maintains equipment.
- Demonstrates integrity while performing testing with accuracy and precision.
- Assures quality through company quality management systems and ISO 9001.
- Understands plant processes and uses knowledge and data to interpret results.
- Adheres to non-conforming work SOPs and makes sound judgement through corrective actions.
- Understands OSHA, EPA, and federal regulations regarding laboratory safety and waste management.
- Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
- Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
- May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
