    As HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources at our Pueblo CO facility. Your primary responsibilities include implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, employee engagement, and providing support to employees and managers across multiple departments.


    Requirements

    • Collaborate with management to develop, implement and monitor HR systems, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
    • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and communications.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
    • Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate and deliver HR training programs to educate employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster employee engagement and promote a positive work culture.
    • Utilize HR analytics to drive decisions by analyzing and providing appropriate HR metrics to site leadership team.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
    • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Solid knowledge of state and federal labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
    • High level of integrity and discretion.
    • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Paylocity experience is a plus.
    • HR Certification desired
    • Demonstrable experience with human resources analytics.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
