This role is 100% on-site in San Francisco, CA (Presidio Area), on a 6 - 8 weeks contract.
Technical Skills:
• Employee Support: This HR Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support for up to 16 employees. They will serve as a vital link between the Executive Director and staff, facilitating communication, processes, and updates.
• Process Enhancement: The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing a robust HR infrastructure and enhancing various HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and leave of absence procedures.
• Structural Improvements: They will assist in developing a clear reporting structure, organizing an organizational chart, and periodically reviewing and refining job descriptions as necessary.
• File Auditing: Ensuring completeness and accuracy, this individual will conduct thorough audits of employee files and meticulously oversee the accurate entry of timesheets.
• Point of Contact: Serving as the primary point of contact, this HR Manager will be readily available to address any questions, concerns, or challenges that arise within the organization.
