We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and supervisory skills.

Supervisor: Human Resources Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and background checks
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Administer employee benefits programs, including FMLA, workers' compensation, and retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate employee records and data collection for reporting purposes
• Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for human capital management

Skills:

• Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of HR professionals
• In-depth knowledge of FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant employment laws and regulations
• Experience in training development to enhance employee skills and performance
• Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., Ceridian) for managing employee data and payroll processes
• Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes
