Human Resources Manager - Specializing in Payroll and Recruiting
The ideal candidate should should be well versed in Payroll, HR Controlling, and Recruiting/Talent Acquisition. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
Main Duties
· Payroll
Overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
· Recruiting and Staffing
Develop plant manpower needs (headcount & budget) for management team's approval; coach recruiting team and monitor recruiting status to meet business requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process; effectively leverage different hiring channels.
· Reporting
Maintain accurate plant HR related reporting and matrix like HC report, organization chart, recruiting metrics, turnover rate, productivity rate etc.
· Policies and Procedures
Monitor HR policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with corporate HR strategy, local plant policies and local Law/regulations.
· Team Management
Allocate and balance work across subordinates; review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinates; mentor, develop and motivate subordinates; and resolve people/functional issues in the department to achieve targeted department performance.
· Project Management
Manage ADP system and system updates as they become available.
Your Profile
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree and above (Accounting/Finance preferred)
· Minimum 10 years’ work experience as HR professional
· Professional in multinational companies and 5 years HR Manager experience required
· Good leadership style
· Highly motivated self-starter
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet challenging targets on a stand-alone basis
· Good interpersonal and analytical skills
