Plant Inspector jobs in Benton Harbor, MI

We are PlantNerd, an indoor cultivation based out of Paw Paw we are currently looking to add two more trimmers to our team.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and product clean up procedures
• Basic data collection skills for tracking production metrics
• Proficiency in using hand tools for packaging tasks
• Reliable transportation

Duties:

• Package products according to company standards and specifications
• Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling products
• Processing dry hanging prodcut
• General cleaning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
