Being a Plant Inspector documents all instances of non-conformance and rejected products in production reports. Prepares required inspection certifications. Additionally, Plant Inspector requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for the positive contribution to the housekeeping and laundry team ensuring that guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met.
The Inspector will assist in managing housekeeping areas according to brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. The Inspector will display exemplary performance for staff to follow and reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper.
Responsible for the inspection of rooms as well as include cleaning rooms, helping with stock and supplies for the housekeeping staff and possible cross training for other departments.
Candidates should be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to prioritize and use good judgement in the administration of responsibilities. Sound housekeeping skills and team building skills are a must.
Must be available for Holidays and weekends.
