Our product line includes storm and sanitary products such as manholes, curb inlets, wet wells, grease interceptors, and more. We are currently hiring for an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager at our facility in Sarasota, FL.

Job Duties:

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Submit purchase requests for items needed to do repairs
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
• Monitor parts inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it is at working standards
• Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot issues and designate in house repairs or outside vendor repair
• Propose new equipment purchases proactively
• Ensure that buildings, plant, and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
• Train maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and repairs

Qualifications:

• 5 years of industrial or heavy equipment maintenance experience
• 3 years of leadership experience
