Implements plant safety and security inspections, auditing, and training procedures to meet OSHA and other required regulations. Additionally, Plant Operations Manager oversees staffing and development of all production supervisors and staff and facilitates labor relations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. About the Plant Finance Manager:
The Plant Finance Manager will serve as a key leader within the finance team, providing critical support to Operations and ensuring the integrity of financial controls related to inventory management and costing. This person will partner with the Operations team to drive company initiatives in the areas of inventory, financial controls, revenue recognition, and standard costs. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated change agent who will work simultaneously with the Operations team and support the Director of Manufacturing Finance in driving all m/e close activities. The Plant Finance Manager will also manage project accounting revenue, costs, and margins, and assist with m/e close reporting and forecasting packages. They will help to drive compliance with all inventory/revenue financial controls, as well as help to drive all monthly forecasts and annual budget deliverables.
