Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage plant budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, production processes, and quality control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies to drive business results.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to plant operations.
