Position – Offset Press Operator

Job Location – Oshkosh

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd shift - Monday – Friday 10pm to 6AM

Starting Pay – Based on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

As a Offset Press Operator you will perform machine set up and make-ready functions of the Offset Press according to requirements enclosed in the job ticket. During machine operation this position primarily monitors printing quality and customer requested die cuts to cartons, while having a strong ability to work with and lead a team.

Responsibilities

- Verify parts and documents, analyzing job instructions for the cure process.

- Monitor machines, adhering to schedules and ensuring software accuracy.

- Interpret parts and quantities, placing necessary probes, wires, fixtures, etc.

- Remove probes, wires, fixtures, and clean parts for the next stage.

Qualifications

- Previous manufacturing equipment operation experience is a MUST.

-Offset printing press experience is required
