Individuals with less than two years of experience (including none) in a high-quality commercial printing environment: Starting pay is $16.00 per hour

Individuals with at least two years of experience in a high-quality commercial printing environment: Starting pay is $21.00 per hour

Pay rates increase as skill level advances.

Job Qualifications criteria:

· Experienced operating minimum 4-color offset presses (Preferred)

· High School diploma or GED equivalent (Required)

· Possesses skills to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

· Must pay attention to detail

· Is an energetic self-starter who is driven to personal success

· Possesses high personal standards and a positive attitude

· Can stand for extended periods and can lift/carry material up to 50 pounds

· Pallet jack and forklift experience (Preferred)

· Possesses basic familiarity with computers

· Possesses basic knowledge of mathematics and measurements

· Is respectful and practices the golden rule

Press Operator Duties

· Responsible for work produced and possesses problem-solving skills to fix errors

· Performs maintenance and housekeeping functions

· Reports time and production results accurately

· Reviews job tickets and checks for special instructions

· Verifies that ink and paper match specifications exactly

· Effectively communicates with crew and supervisors

· Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures

· Solves problems as needed

· Pays keen attention to detail to verify all materials being added are correct

· Recommends equipment needs and necessary repairs

· Takes ownership of the press
