General Position Description Kid’s Club Attendants care for children ages 3 months to 12 years while their parents use the facility.

Handbook. * Knowledge of how to care for children and keep them occupied in a safe and stimulating environment.

• Ability to lift a human up to 50 lbs.
• 1 year previous experience working with children, 1 year experience in customer service.Dutie s

• Memorize and uphold the company’s Mission Statement and Core

Values. * Greet all members and guests with Hi’s, Byes and

Smiles.

• Prospect outside of the facility for new and potential members by giving out 25 guest passes per month. Guest passes will be provided by the GM.
• Required to take optimal care of children while their parents use the facility and display excellent customer service to the members. Care for the children in a loving, kind, respectful manner.

• Interact with children and keep them safe and occupied in a stimulating, fun environment.
• Follow a regular cleaning schedule on a daily basis and as is necessary to keep the Kid’s

Club clean and presentable for the members and children. * Responsible for properly checking in/out members and children.

• Have a thorough understanding of and abide by the Axiom & Kid’s Club policies and

Kid’s Club Handbook. * Participate in meetings and training seminars.

• Overall duties will be performed with professional and ethical intentions.
• Follow dress code.
• Maintain necessary documentation.
• Have a positive attitude and strive for greatness within job description.
• May be required to work alternating Saturdays and participate in Axiom events outside of the Kid’s Club such as, but not limited to: parades, health fairs, carnivals, etc.
• In the spirit of Team, All regularly scheduled Kid’s Club staff members are required to

“help out” occasionally on shifts that are in need of coverage.Prerequisites for this position

• Completion of course work that demonstrates the ability to perform basic math, reading, and communication activities, i.e. High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate an ability and interest in all aspects of the company while working in the

Kid’s Club. * Child Care and customer service experience. Computer

Experience.

• Current CPR for adults/children/infants/AED, have 45 days from date of hire to present to supervisor, certification must remain current throughout employment.Position Description: Kid’s Club

Hourly Wage Kid’s Club Attendants must work at least 2 shifts/8-10 hours per week, but may work up to 25 hrs per week, & may be required to work alternating Saturdays, which will be determined and assigned by Supervisor.

Kid’s Club Attendants will receive a starting wage of $7.25 per hour and 50% commission on all new personal sales of Kid’s Club agreements.

This job description may change based on the needs of the Kid’s Club and company. If it does, the employee will be expected to abide by and uphold the new job description, which will be provided for the employee to review and sign.
