Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met
- Assist with all service operations, including managing golf reservations, serving drinks and food items and handling credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including restocking supplies as needed
- Assist with event management and coordination, ensuring smooth operations during special events
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, hygiene, and guest services

Experience:
- Previous experience in golf or related golf roles is preferred
- Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively
- Excellent communication skills
