Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Responsible for data entry of player information in player rating system.
• Working knowledge of computer player rating system.
• Handles customer problems and reports all incidents to the Players Club Supervisor.
• Checks guests ratings through player rating system.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.,
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays. #ocedandowns
