Explains and promotes the company player's club. Enrolls new members and assists existing members with player's club transactions. Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment. Ensures all contact with guests is courteous, informative and thorough. Maintains knowledge of all pertinent information regarding the slot club.
Education

Explains the Ticket-in/Ticket-out Redemption process
Identifies and resolves guest concerns.
Ensures that departmental paperwork is accurate and maintained on a daily basis.
Responsible for stocking gift inventory and maintaining a neat and orderly public and storeroom area.
Assists with Free Pull program when necessary
Provides assistance with special events.

Specialized Work Experience
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be outgoing and have the ability to convince guests to participate in the player's club program. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn new software applications (LMS hotel system and Oasis slot and casino system).
Must be able to type 25-words per minute. Position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Pervious guest service experience preferred.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings.
