SUMMARY:
To assist casino customers in all aspects of the Gold Club such as enrollment, benefits, and policies and procedures. Answer basic questions regarding the casino. Inform customers on all ongoing and upcoming promotional events. Organize, carry out and record all information with regard to the ongoing promotions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Gold Club Clerk accurately enters data in the Super Playmate System. He/she explains benefits and policies of the Gold Club to existing and perspective members and enrolls new members. The Gold Club Clerk redeems Gold Club points for cash; has complete knowledge of all casino promotions; records and organizes all information for promotions; performs general up keep and cleaning services in the Gold Club area; and performs any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director or Gold Club Supervisor. Employee shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
PREREQUISITES:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Key license. Must have 20/20 corrected vision and not be color blind.
EDUCATION:
High school graduate or GED.
EXPERIENCE:
Three months experience in customer service preferred. Working computer knowledge preferred.
PHYSICAL:
Must be physically able to withstand continued sitting for up to 8 hours.
