    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

    • Utilize years in the casino industry to maintain existing Korean Fantasy Springs Resort Casino players along with marketing new and dormant Korean players to the property.
    • Will use marketing tools such as direct mail, telemarketing, establishing new on-site and off-site special events to draw in potential Korean customers to Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. 
    • Will be closely monitored by the GM and VP on increasing the number of Korean customers at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and their contribution to drop and handle. 
    • The Director of Player Development will generate revenue from new and existing players with proper comping procedures to maintain Fantasy Springs Resort Casino financial goals along with Asian bus marketing and entertainment.
