401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Job Duties: 

• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance for industrial manufacturing facility.
• Follow SOPs and OPLS procedures in execution of all tasks.
• Receive detailed instruction on assignments, projects, and daily work from Samsung Shift Lead.
• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. 
• Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, defined plans, and written/verbal instructions.
• Collaborate with other Facilities departments and internal customers to support the safety and reliability of the equipment and systems.
• Potential to work with and around hazardous areas and hazardous chemicals and materials.
• Conform to all applicable Safety policies and protocols, including the wearing of all Personal Protective Equipment required for each task.
• Strong understanding of backflow operation and testing specs.
• Mechanical repair and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Job duties may be modified at any time.
• Continuous support of 6S initiative.

Minimum Requirements 

• 2-3 years’ experience in a commercial/industrial environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft office, Excel, and Work 
• High school diploma
• Journeyman License / Apprentice
