Plumber inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains plumbing fixtures and piping in heating, water and drainage systems. Identifies plumbing and safety problems applicable to the installation and takes necessary corrective action using appropriate parts and tools. Being a Plumber complies with all required safety, building code and inspection requirements. Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and other instructions. Additionally, Plumber has completed required apprenticeship. Typically requires a high school diploma. Requires Journeyman Plumber status. Requires a State License for plumbing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plumber works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. This is for you if you are looking for a consistent work schedule. The hours are consistent 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday. There is also an opportunity to work overtime on the weekends if you'd like (optional).

Responsibilities:
- Focus on large multi-unit residential new construction projects.
- Understanding and following blueprints or building plans.
- Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time.
- Installing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures
- Coordinating with a General Contractor and other building professionals on a job site
