Plumber inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains plumbing fixtures and piping in heating, water and drainage systems. Identifies plumbing and safety problems applicable to the installation and takes necessary corrective action using appropriate parts and tools. Being a Plumber complies with all required safety, building code and inspection requirements. Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and other instructions. Additionally, Plumber has completed required apprenticeship. Typically requires a high school diploma. Requires Journeyman Plumber status. Requires a State License for plumbing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plumber works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are adding commercial Plumbers and Apprentices to our team in the Gatlinburg, TN area!
We are actively looking for experienced commercial plumbers and apprentice plumbers for a variety of large scale construction projects in your area. We're seeking individuals with experience in commercial plumbing systems and equipment. Ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, fixing and maintaining commercial construction plumbing systems. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work!

Responsibilities:
Install various types of plumbing pipe and equipment
Install PVC, sweat and solder copper and cast-iron pipes
Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, urinals, fountains
Install and maintain plumbing systems used for drainage, sewage and potable water
Locate, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace plumbing equipment and fixtures as necessary
Maintain site safety procedures and policies
Read blueprints and other architectural or structural drawings
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Pre-Employment Screening
Plumbing Experience 2 years
Preferred:
OSHA certification
Commercial & Industrial installation experience
Plumbing Experience 5 years
License or Apprenticeship documentation
