Plumber jobs in Oakland, CA
Plumber inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains plumbing fixtures and piping in heating, water and drainage systems. Identifies plumbing and safety problems applicable to the installation and takes necessary corrective action using appropriate parts and tools. Being a Plumber complies with all required safety, building code and inspection requirements. Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and other instructions. Additionally, Plumber has completed required apprenticeship. Typically requires a high school diploma. Requires Journeyman Plumber status. Requires a State License for plumbing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plumber works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Your Day Includes

Managing multiple jobs, plumbers, and budgets simultaneously
Generating RFIs, Change Orders, Daily Reports, and field drawings
Ensuring work performed by the crew is per specifications and follows all safety regulations
Must Haves
C-36 license with proven experience in residential plumbing projects
Must be able to travel within the Bay Area and have a valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
