Plumber inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains plumbing fixtures and piping in heating, water and drainage systems. Identifies plumbing and safety problems applicable to the installation and takes necessary corrective action using appropriate parts and tools. Being a Plumber complies with all required safety, building code and inspection requirements. Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and other instructions. Additionally, Plumber has completed required apprenticeship. Typically requires a high school diploma. Requires Journeyman Plumber status. Requires a State License for plumbing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plumber works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Dispatcher Description:
The Dispatcher position provides fast and friendly client service to both internal and external clients. They manage day-to-day workflow efficiently while providing best in class service to our clients. Additionally, the positions supports general office duties.
Responsibilities:- Answer client calls; provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries.
- Schedule jobs for technicians.
- Primary contact for field technicians calling in for assistance.
- Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments.
- Manage client concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
- Enter client data into software.
- Handle office tasks such as maintaining supplies, compiling data, creating client thank-you notes, assisting with marketing/sales efforts, and general office admin duties as assigned.
- Ability to answer phones and book calls after regular business hours (bonuses apply).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Team player, energetic, positive attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be self motivated and have a sense of urgency.
