Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to join our team. The Director will play a key role in overseeing educational programs and ensuring the success of our institution.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement educational strategies and programs
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance the learning experience for students
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for educational initiatives
- Monitor and assess student progress and educational outcomes
- Establish partnerships with other educational institutions and organizations
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations

Skills:

- Strong background in higher education teaching
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Ability to educate, mentor, and inspire students and staff
- Proficiency in education administration

Qualifications:

A degree in child development, 3 units administration, and 2 years teaching experience.

BA degree in child development, 3 units administration, and 1 year teaching experience.

A child development site supervisor permit or program director permit.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
