Superior Coverage Now LLC, a leading insurance provider based in Tampa, FL, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Policy Solutions Associate to join our dedicated team. As a Policy Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing insurance policies, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending solutions to meet clients' needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' insurance policies to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
• Research industry regulations and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving policy-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of policy analysis and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in policy analysis or underwriting (Preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex insurance policies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-related software.
