Additionally, Policy Change Director typically reports to top management. The Policy Change Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Policy Change Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Responsibilities :
- We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals for a rewarding full-time sales position!
- Act as a diligent intermediary between buyers and sellers
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases
- Communicate well with current and future clients in a meaningful manner
- Passionate about helping others
Qualifications :
- Must have an Active North Carolina Real Estate License
- Must be coach-able and have the desire to grow
