GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Associate Director, Change Management plays a key role in ensuring that projects and initiatives reach their full potential by ensuring all impacted University faculty, staff, learners and others are prepared for and embrace change. This role will focus on the people side of change, including not only the change initiative itself, but also changes to business processes, systems and technology that support that structure. The primary focus will be developing and executing against organizational change management plans across multiple projects that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement to ensure that users are engaged, prepared to transition to the initiative and reinforce sustainable change. A primary focus will be working with and coaching unit-level leaders and teams to develop localized strategies to maximize buy-in and minimize resistance and are able to leverage the organizational change management framework and standards.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $84,718 - $127,088 Annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined byconsidering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
