    WHO Works At Evident Change?

We come from various backgrounds and are dedicated to our colleagues, partnering with them to support the Evident Change mission. We want people who bring diverse perspectives, backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences to the work we do. Diversity and commitment to continuous learning help make our team a vital and effective partner in our organization.

What can you expect from our recruitment process?

We generally advertise our jobs throughout the United States. Interested candidates apply and share their resume and cover letter through an online portal. Selected candidates will be invited to move to the next phase, which involves completing a brief technical assessment.

At the next stage, candidates are invited to participate in an online one-way video-style interview, with the opportunity to re-record their responses. This step provides an opportunity to reflect and expand on areas of interest, allowing both you and Evident Change to determine whether the position is right for you. Selected candidates are then invited to participate in a panel interview.

When Evident Change extends an offer to the selected candidates, the offer will be contingent upon a background and reference check. We conduct a background check because much of our contracted work with various jurisdictions requires that employees working on projects have a criminal history check. Evident Change believes that criminal history does not and should not automatically disqualify an individual from employment. Reference checks are completed to help Evident Change understand how to best onboard and support employees as they transition to the organization.
