Hourly Pay Range: $12.25-13.26 hr

In addition, our Lube Technicians are eligible for a monthly commission program. Average commission for high performing Lube Technician can add up to $1.50 per hour to your hourly salary.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Perform light duty maintenance on our customer?s vehicles. Our services include full-service oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and engine additives.

• Communicate effectively with our customers about their needs, explaining and presenting our products and benefits without being pushy.

• Work with your team to maintain a safe working environment, ensure efficiency, and control bay times

• Cash handling responsibilities

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Stand for 8 hours

• Loves working outside as you will be working in hot and cold environments
