HIRING AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Experience is not required. Training can be done on the job.
This is a traditional oil change position that is expected to:
- greet customers and clearly communicate with them offering superb customer service
- drain and change oil in vehicles
- top off fluids
- change and rotate tires
- inspect vehicles to determine maintenance and repair needs to include checking fluid levels and tire pressure
- replace oil and air filters
- follow shop safety protocols to stay safe in the workplace
- change windshield wipers
- general housekeeping responsibilities such as taking the trash out and keeping work area clean
