Policy Change Technician jobs in Springfield, MO

• Our Lube Technicians need to be team players, detail-oriented, and strive for excellent customer satisfaction. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for changing oil on customers vehicles while following our service procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Inspectors license not required but beneficial (Applicable in certain states)
• Valid driver's license is required
• Customer service background required
• Ability to use a point of sale system is required
• Have a great attitude
• Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Change oil following our procedure
• Respectful communication with all our customers
• Keep the service center clean
• Contribute to a positive culture and work environment

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The facility contains spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

• Must be able to lift 20lbs
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to bend, stretch or stoop when necessary
• Must be able to use stairs
• Must be able to grip and use basic tools
